Kai Tōtika - Korikori Tinana
Kai Tōtika - Korikori Tinana is a comprehensive training package which equips community health workers and others whom are in a position to influence whanauora, with the knowledge, skills and awareness of key nutrition and exercise principles using a kaupapa Māori perspective.
This nine day training programme is delivered in 3 x 3 day blocks and carries an AUT level 4 accreditation.
However unfortunately this course will not be open to enrollments until after 30th June 2012. Due to changes in the tertiary education sector and AUT being unable to take on enrollments for certificate level courses.

- 15 points to towards further tertiary education with AUT

- Communities have increased access to resources and reference material about nutrition and physical activity
- Trainees are linked into the Te Hotu Manawa Māori on-line nutrition and physical activity community
