Fruit Surprise
Description
This is a light, refreshing and delicious way to eat fruit. Perfect as a dessert or snack. Just use any combination of seasonal, canned or frozen fruit.

Ingredients
| 1 | Can | pineapple pieces (drained ) |
| 2 | oranges (cut into segments) | |
| 2 | bananas (sliced) | |
| 2 | nectarines or peaches (chopped) | |
| 1 | Package | strawberries (Chopped ( or 1 Cup frozen berries)) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | nuts ( e.g walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts) (Chopped) |
| 1 | Cup | marshmellows (chopped) |
| 500 | Gram | berry yoghurt (any variety ) |
Instructions
1. Chop and slice up all of the fruit, nuts and marshmellows.
2. Mix all the ingrediants together in a large bowl.
2. Refrigerate or transfer to a serving dish
